Overall Satisfaction with BuzzCast

We're a production company that uses BuzzCast as the platform of choice for our clients' virtual and hybrid events. Our primary users are our producers, but the whole production team makes use of BuzzCast in one way or another. For us, it offers a reliable high-end venue for client events that need to look and feel like our clients, not us, and not the platform. Besides stability and flexibility, it's very scalable, which lets us do bigger events and shows without worry about anything not working.

  • Great offering of sponsor experiences.
  • Detailed analytics capabilities.
  • Very attentive support team.
  • Would be nice to have registration capabilities all in one.
  • Broadcast quality video streaming.
  • Highly customizable interface.
  • Very responsive dedicated Support Team.
  • Most importantly, happy repeat customers!
  • We're able to do more complicated events more easily.
The BuzzCast interface is more polished and customizable. We also like the amount of attention we get from the team as BuzzCast (at least for now) is a smaller company that still has some human involvement in every event that happens on the platform.

It's a great platform for bigger multi-day or multi-track events where broadcast-quality video matters.
Also great when you know you have multiple events throughout the year. The bigger and more complicated the event, the more BuzzCast really shines. Less appropriate for smaller meetings or events where zoom-level video quality will suffice.
