Overall Satisfaction with Calendly
Calendly is currently being used by our entire nonprofit organization. It reduces the need to send back and forth emails for scheduling meetings (and boy do we have a lot of meetings!). The platform also saves time for the company by integrating with G Suite and other extensions. Overall, Calendly is very easy to use.
- Calendly prevents the back and forth email scheduling shenanigans.
- It reduces the need for special assistants / schedulers in the office.
- The platform integrates well with G Suite and other extensions.
- Calendly is not mobile friendly.

- Call cancellation rate is less likely on this platform.
Before making the switch to Calendly, we used Doodle polls a ton for big meetings to avoid the constant back and forth and long email chain messages between external partners, stakeholders, donors, funders, and other clients. Doodle poll is fairly informal compared to the professionalism that Calendly brings into our work.
