Overall Satisfaction with Campaign Monitor
Campaign Monitor is used by our marketing department and programming team. It is a step above other email systems we've used in the past with simple design features and easy to use and understand reporting. Additionally, the spam filters and reporting on list hygiene has been a great help to us and our clients when cleaning and keeping our email list up to date and aligned with best email practices. I recommend Campaign Monitor to anyone looking to improve their email marketing.
- Simple and easy to use templates.
- Good reporting.
- Drip campaigns have room for improvement.
- Email automation or if/then emails can be improved.
- With templates in place Campaign Monitor cuts down on time to create emails.
- The ability to house multiple accounts under one login is very useful for agencies.
Campaign Monitor, in my opinion, is much better than Mailchimp and Constant Contact because of their ability to protect end-users from spammy emails. Constant Contact and Mailchimp essentially let you send whatever you'd like with no regard to the end-user. Campaign Monitor does not stack up against SharpSpring very well, but SharpSpring is much more than just an email platform so I could be comparing apples and oranges.
