Overall Satisfaction with Campaign Monitor

We use CM because it integrates with our CRM and is also well priced. Design and layouts can be a little limiting but if you are creative with your planning it is not hard to come up with something suitable that delivers what you need. We had tried others but this was the best option.

  • Sometimes the auto-save takes a while to take effect.
  • Styling can be limited.
  • Enabled us to stay in contact with our database in an -easy-to-manage capacity.
  • Is not terribly difficult to set up and implement.
  • Was not at a higher cost than our previous options.
If you compare features, they are not too dissimilar really, but we found CM to be a better fit for our business. We have tried the others previously and whilst they work fine, CM was just better suited to other systems we already had in place which made our decision easy.
We find it works perfectly for us given that we have a Salesforce environment to manage our contacts and it works well with that. Of all the options we looked into, CM was the most suitable in terms of what it could do from a reporting perspective and design competence.
