Overall Satisfaction with Canopy
I have a very small business, just myself and one other employee. We use Canopy for all tax compliance cases, even as minor as just responding to notices. It helps us streamline the process of tax compliance cases, from getting clients to sign the engagement, all the way to the completion and payment. It helps with communicating with clients, requesting information and storing documents securely for both our team and clients to see.

- Syncing with Tax Preparation Software (i.e. Drake, ProConnect)
- Time-I've spent much less time on compliance tasks with Canopy
- Expensive-for very small businesses like myself, Canopy can be expensive, especially just starting out
I haven't really found any other product like Canopy. I've found many that if I put them together they might be a Canopy alternative but not just one program. For example, I've had one program for document storage, another for estimates and another for letters but in canopy it's all in one place
