Overall Satisfaction with Canopy
Our entire staff utilizes Canopy on a daily basis. It's used to manage workflows, share documents within the company AND with clients, collect signatures and payments. We also use it as our virtual filing cabinet. It's great.

- Continue focusing on a great CRM as opposed to tax prep software
- We had Canopy before the pandemic so the transition to the demand for virtual tax preparation was smooth.
