- Reliable and fast despite a large amount of content uploaded
- Includes support for video
- There is currently no way of integrating InDesign plugin through our CISCO firewall
- Some plugins are expensive although very useful
- searchable image library with meta data
- Ability to share content with colleagues and suppliers
- plugins to import directly into InDesign and Photoshop
- It has made it far easier for users to search and download content
- Cataloging content is much easier and faster
- Less time spent managing content and distributing manually for staff and agencies
- Importing images into Adobe apps with speed
When looking at other DAM products Canto quickly became the favourite due to its features and knowing that other high profile brands were already using it.

I didn't know premium support was available but personally don't think it is required as standard support is more than adequate
Yes - Yes, the image compression tool was not working properly. The developers resolved the issue fairly quickly.
I asked for a feature request regarding crop and resize and the team implemented it which improved our workflow enormously.
