Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Canto was purchased to manage our Photo Library, as we had no system in place to manage our digital assets.
It has helped us consolidate our assets, reduce duplication (and therefore free up server space), helps with DPA on photos and reduced the amount of time it takes to find digital assets.

Usability

Canto is pretty useable from an end user perspective. Buttons and call to actions are logical and familiar. On first use takes a while to work out where everything is, but on regular use, its all logical.
Setting it up can take a while, but once you undertsand the logic and terminology of the system it makes sense

Support is pretty good. Reponse times are fair and answers are fairly comprehensive.

Likelihood to Recommend

Canto is a must if you have a large number of digital assets and you use them for marketing, especially on websites. It will help you manage when to take down photos and whether they have permission to be used. A must to stay DPA compliant.
