Overall Satisfaction with Canto

We are using Canto to share assets across the organization and with our external partners. In the past, each area of the business had its own way of
sharing, and oftentimes the latest and most up-to-date assets weren't being
used. Canto allows our team to stay super organized.

  • Allows sharing of assets
  • Serves as a library for all brand assets
  • I don't love the format of folders; I wish you could arrange in an order that wasn't vertical, by date
  • It can sometimes be hard to share individual folders (each asset needs to be selected)
  • I don't have much insight into ROI, but I'd imagine our external partners are pleased with us being able to share so much information and up-to-date assets
Dropbox didn't provide the layout we needed to share certain information with some (but not all).
There are a few changes I'd make to the platform, but overall, it's very useful. I'd like to see it have more options in terms of how you can visually set up your library and the folders and albums within it. I'd also like to see better options for sharing folders that don't require me to check a box for every image.
I haven't had to use the support.

I really like how
easy it is for our team and external partners to share assets. We share with our designers and retail/ecommerce partners so everyone can have the most up-to-date information and assets.
