A great directory for managing your assets

Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto was created by the creative team, but it is used by everyone in different visions, in the face of the client we have used it as a library of creative inputs and it has been very useful. Before Canto, we had to search for assets in several repositories and we were not always sure of their quality and confidence.
  • Ease of use.
  • Asset organization.
  • Ease of exporting files.
  • Ways to import assets.
  • Accuracy of tags.
  • A few more steps I believe are unnecessary, like having to insert assets in my collection.
  • I bet on efficiency gains, but it's too early to say. The platform doesn't have a dashboard to help us with this, but we can feel it.
  • Independence and empowerment in the team makes them more confident at work without depending on others.
  • Perhaps clearer integrations would help even more, Canto is one of several platforms we use.
I don't believe there are many comparisons, I understand it as an evolution. The Drive is simply a storage of assets, without any intelligence in their management. Canto offers us a multitude of resources to increase productivity and it seems to me focused on certain types of files, as in our case the creatives.


Canto is very friendly indeed for any user who simply finds and shares assets, it couldn't be easier.
I imagine that as we populate the directory it may present some pain, but until then it seems easy and quick to use. A few more steps in some processes, but nothing that is a blocker.
Whenever we need the support of the Canto team we receive it impeccably.

The training was a great differential for us to be on board the platform in a functional way. I'm not a platform administrator, just a regular user, but I imagine that the access as an administrator will be the same.

Before Canto we used Drive as a repository, which already means a huge evolution, but the intelligence of the platform helps a lot in our productivity. It's easy to find what you need and choose the best way to have the right file. The security of the platform seems to me well adjusted as well.
