Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is a marketing and sales tool used by my team on a daily basis. I manage the content that we receive every month from our clients, product launches, etc. It helps me stay organized and create a database for all my company's images, documents, and videos. The fact that is so user-friendly makes it easy for my team members to google search what they need within Canto. It has solved the server issue that we had with our previous limited storage space.

Pros

  • Lots of storage space for multiple files including photos, documents + videos.
  • Very user-friendly, even for non-tech consumers. Like using google search.
  • Tags + description, make it easy to stay organized.

Cons

  • Slow loading page if you have a lot of content.
  • Sharing content to non-Canto users can be improved.
  • More ways to filter out searches within Canto.
  • Saves time
  • Saves space
  • Created a new tool for daily marketing.
Dropbox does not compare to Canto. It does not have multiple user access, limited storage space, and a search + find feature. Canto is much better because it creates a system where multiple users of the same company can go and search for files within the company's archives. Dropbox gets disorganized and hard to find what you are looking for.
It is extremely easy to use as long as descriptions and tags are organized. Just type what you are looking for and it will pop up. We have team members who are not very high tech be able to learn it within a day. Very intuitive and user-friendly for the whole company.
The customer service at Canto is great. If I ever had a question, someone from the team would get back to me in a day. They always make time to schedule a call to address all your issues and concerns. I have enjoyed working with the staff at Canto for their professionalism and flexibility!

Canto is a must-have for a company that has a lot of images and videos that need to be organized in a space where every team member can have access to. It makes it easy to share products with clients. Canto is not needed for a company who doesn't have much content to file and store.
