Overall Satisfaction with Canto
We use Canto to manage all of our marketing assets that we provide to our franchisees. The platform itself incredibly responsive and easy to use for users, with admins of it having the ability to easily share files across different country specific portals with tons of different reports that can be run to pull together all sorts of interesting info. On top of everything, their support team is fantastic, with their reps being very easy to reach and always available to answer any questions or respond to our requests.
Pros
- Easy to manage the visibility of assets and files according to different portals for different groups of users.
- User management is a breeze.
- Sharing file(s) can be done through direct links, with the ability to change the behavior of the link.
Cons
- Better ability to filter results for an Excel export.
- Easier way to manage duplicate files.
- Load times could be improved.
- Franchisees never complain about their access to marketing assets.
