Overall Satisfaction with Canto

Canto is our current digital asset manager. Before we had Canto we did not have a digital asset manager, so we had huge issues with the storage of our digital assets. We found that our digital assets were stored in various locations and under various different naming conventions. So, when we needed an archived file we had a hard time locating it. Canto was a game-changer for us with search. Currently, this is used in our organization by our Public Relations and Marketing team for our healthcare organization. 2020 changed so much with work flexibility that if we did not have this tool we would have struggled with workflow.
  • In-document word/phrase searching
  • User interface is easy to use
  • Great onboarding and technical support
  • Library system and organization
  • Better way to filter our multiple uploads.
  • I'd like to see albums created automatically when a folder is added.
  • Canto has helped our team be more efficient.
We researched several different platforms for digital asset management when we partnered with Canto several years ago. We found that the ease of use, onboarding, and overall experience was our driving decision. The cost of the various systems was about the same. However, the Sales team and Onboarding team with Canto was amazing and easy to work with.

Canto is well suited for any creative team. It allows for your team to have a streamlined approach to graphics. This also removes the burden of having data in various locations (hard drives, external drives, cloud accounts, network drives, etc.). We have been able to have one set of final graphics instead of various versions of working documents available for team search.
