Overall Satisfaction with Canva
I use Canva for marketing materials I recently had 4x6 post cards printed and they did not complete the printing on the back. I have emailed and submitted a complaint four times using their online form for a refund and I have had NO response. So I’m stuck with a bad product and no refund. From my experience, this is poor customer support!
- Ease of creating product
- Customer support.
- Add a phone number for customer support
- Respond promptly to printing issues
- Marketing materials
- Not sure yet can’t use the product I ordered because it was printed incorrectly.
So far not good with Canva customer service. Vista Print is very good.
