Overall Satisfaction with Canva

Ours is an organization that helps and guides engineers and even emerging engineers find and pursue their dream. Our company gives out funding and even conducts training programs for students in every level (Novice to experts). This means that we continously require content and Canva is extremely useful when it comes to delivering a message or information the way you want it to sound. It has always helped when I get stuck in the same design again and again. It provides with a wide variety of templates and graphics to choose from without you feeling exhausted by the overwhelming number of content. And that's the best part as it also helps in Time management when it comes to design.
  • It helps you find the right design and helps you start with the right template
  • It helps in creating for all platforms, basically you need to create the design only once and Canva takes care of the rest by resizing the design for whichever platform you want to publish it to.
  • It also comes with a content planner which is extremely helpful for obvious reasons. It relieves you from the hassle of posting when the right time hits.
  • There's a Brand feature which is also extremely fascinating as it helps you store all your brand information (even color) at the same place.
  • Even though the content planner is good, it still could be more user friendly. I bet you'll struggle you way around when you use it for the first time.
  • The mobile app of Canva hogs up resources and does not work properly on a low end Device. It also lacks some features hence the desktop app is recommended for large scale uses.
  • Canva has an overwhelming number of graphics and templates, and most of it are insanely similar to each other. This overuse of design sometimes causes ambiguity in deciding on the best choice for the design.
  • Many a times, One person won't be working on a single design. When it comes to working with multiple designs, Canva is fantastic.
  • It creates a collaborative environment for all the team members and Develop the design together.
  • Resizing the design for various Social platforms comes out to be an amazing and necessary feature for an organization like ours.
  • The biggest score Canva could easily settle was the time it took to complete a Design. Canva is extremely fast and you'll come to a final draft even if you're a complete beginner.
  • Canva helped create designs in a convenient and quicker manner thereby increasing the efficiency of the whole Social media team.
  • Canva not only helps create message faster, but also convey the message in the best possible and visually appealing way so that you end up receiving more business.
Adobe products, well compared to Canva has a wide and long learning curve. Adobe spark almost comes close to Canva but lacks these tiny features that Canva focuses on to make the product irresistible to use. Canva also does a great job organizing and recording the designs in cloud so that it might increase the efficiency of Social Media management. Canva also provides features for designing ebooks, travel brochures etc which couldn't be easily done in Adobe. So finally, from a personal perspective, Canva ended up being the first choice.

Did implementation of Canva go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Canva again?

Yes

I would say that Canva is best suited for beginner and Novice level applications. If you're an experienced designer, there's definitely no point in using Canva as it's developed for designers entering the field. OR, if you want to experience that flexibility while you designing and let the creativity flow, You shouldn't consider Canva as your Choice. If you feel like delivering quick and not spend your time on deciding on 'How to Design', then you should go for Canva.
