Overall Satisfaction with Capsule CRM

I use Capsule to manage my freelance work and contacts. I needed a CRM that was budget-friendly and could help me keep on top of contracts and my sales pipeline. Capsule CRM is a simple but effective CRM. It can solve issues with data tracking and collection, sales, and opportunity management.

  • Budget friendly
  • Easy to use
  • Mobile app is great
  • Lots of integrations

Cons

  • I wish you could add birthday reminders to contacts.
  • Lacking in marketing integration.
  • Can be too simplistic for some companies.
  • Improved productivity

For a small business or start-up, it is one of the best CRMs. It's easy to use and budget-friendly. It's not as advanced as other CRMs like Salesforce but that is not the market it is going for. The simplicity of it is what makes it so attractive for small businesses.
