Overall Satisfaction with Capterra
When choosing new software to use for our organization I, like most other people, like to read reviews first. I check a few places, first to make sure they are legit, and then read customer reviews. That is where Capterra comes into play. I can always get feedback and honest thoughts from Capterra. A plus is that it is free to use.
- They list the cost of the product in the review, and that is something we all want to know up front.
- You can find comparisons. Maybe the product you want is out of your price range, well they show you the next best thing.
- Some products also highlight a list of features.
- I don't have any negatives. When you first sign up, there was a quiz to help you find the products you are looking for.
- Another positive, not at all negative, is that you can earn rewards for reviews.
- Only negative, they need a mobile friendly app.

I would say they are neck and neck very similar. Both have the same great features, and verified users, and both are free to use. When you look for honest software reviews in any search engine, both companies are the first names to appear. That way you can compare reviews on both sites.
