Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

We are using it for us (sales) to be able at all time to check our upcoming bonuses, commissions and payments. This allows us to ensure that every single sale we made is properly accounted for and correctly calculated on the right bonus threshold.

Very easy, clear, and concise view of actual performance and payout versus bonus and incentive plan.
We see "almost real-time" what we will get paid at the end of current quarter based on achievement and this together with the additional incentives such as fast start faster than asking HR!

This, in over 30 years of sales roles, is the 1st time that I see and use an effective commission/bonus management systems that works and is accurate! It really allows us sales people to check regularly if all our sales have been accounted for so we can check with sales operations in case something is missing.
