Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Our entire sales organization uses CaptivateIQ -- it has been an amazing tool. It is extremely easy to use and makes viewing commission details very easy. It allows reps to view full statements and and gives a very detailed breakdown of the payment calculations, accelerator tiers, and adjustments.

Pros

  • Ability to download XLSX statements
  • Payout Calculation Options
  • Direct Integration with CRM

Cons

  • The dashboards are great, but it also takes a minute or two to figure out how to make them correctly.
  • Downloading spreadsheet with information
  • Positive impact on ROI
  • Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA)
