Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
Our entire sales organization uses CaptivateIQ -- it has been an amazing tool. It is extremely easy to use and makes viewing commission details very easy. It allows reps to view full statements and and gives a very detailed breakdown of the payment calculations, accelerator tiers, and adjustments.
- Ability to download XLSX statements
- Payout Calculation Options
- Direct Integration with CRM
- The dashboards are great, but it also takes a minute or two to figure out how to make them correctly.
- Downloading spreadsheet with information
