Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Being used across the sales department. It's solving the lack of transparency behind commission formulas.

I'm still new to CapitvateIQ so it's hard to say. I loved Spiff at first but then it became a mess. The formula breakdown for commissions were a mess. I could never be sure If I was paid exactly what I was owed.

It is possible to see my current pay period and previous pay periods in one place. You are in sales to make money and you want to be able to track your performance and forecast what you will get. CaptiveIQ makes it so easy to see my commission.
