Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ

Currently, we use CaptivateIQ for our commission tracking and calculation. It addresses not the problem of employees having to keep track of their commissions themselves. Normally this could cause discrepancies in previous months, in certain cases. Captivate makes it very easy to keep track of everything from the back end.

  • Payout statement breakdown
  • Inquiries section for support
  • Hasn't had a huge impact on me considering I'm a Sales Rep so I mostly use it to track commissions
  • It has saved me time from doing all the tracking and backlogging myself
  • It has given me an incentive to increase my goals when I see them broken down each month
I have only really used CaptivateIQ and I'm very happy with it! They really do run an amazing software that our entire company enjoys.

Well suited for large companies looking for an easy way to track their sales commissions. Would be less appropriate for a small company or team when they could simply track such themselves but could still be used if they don't want to track things themselves!
