Overall Satisfaction with CaptivateIQ
I was an SDR before my current company that uses CaptiveIQ and I was always struggling to understand how much I was getting paid per opportunity. It would take me months before I understood the breakdown because sometimes there are changes that are not always communicated. This solves that problem and helps create transparency between sales and finance. It also helps me understand how much I made for the year and how well I am doing month by month.

If you have a big SDR team and you would like to create more transparency with finance and sales, I think this is the perfect tool. It's also a great tool for the SDRs to have their comp plan saved for them to go back and review. It might not be suitable if you have very few SDRs or a generally small SDR org.
