Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[Capture for Jira] makes it easy for the helpdesk to visually show what needs to be clicked and changed. It oftentimes is very confusing to try to put into words what a picture can show quite easily. With Capture for Jira, we can quickly annotate the actions within a screen capture and save a lot of headaches as to what needs to be done.
