Overall Satisfaction with CareLogic EHR, by Qualifacts
Our company uses Carelogic EHR, by Qualifacts to manage over 1,000+ client accounts. This program makes it easy to keep track of billing, scheduling, and notes through simple design. Different user options are well organized in specifically labeled tabs, and frequently utilized tabs are easy to favorite and view across multiple screens.
- Easy, appointment by appointment billing break downs
- Easy navigation between different windows in the same client account
- Organized panes for different clinical uses
- Crashing is a problem that we have had infrequently in the past
- Speed can sometimes be variable
- Time out occasionally freezes screens

- Eased training procedures
Cerner was much less organized, and users in our company generally felt it was harder to utilize. There was less options for customization that fit our specific use demographics, and crashing was much more frequent. Obtaining hard copies through Carelogic EHR, by Qualifacts is much easier as well with the print report radio button.
