Overall Satisfaction with Catchpoint
We use Catchpoint for the web test and API transaction tests. With this tool integration, we were able to monitor and easily capture the behavior of the sites we use for our organization. In addition to the monitoring, the alerting engine integrations are seamless and help us get notified on time.

- Would like to see more integrations w.r.t alerting.
- A scheduled monthly SLA report would help to set automations.
- Improving the Catchpoint script recorder Chrome plugin, which doesn't work all the time and has a few bugs.
- Fewer outages.
- Proactive actions.
