Overall Satisfaction with CATS Applicant Tracking System

We are a small (1 person) recruiting firm that specializes in the Renewable Energy Industry. CATS is used to track, recruit and develop candidates in addition to client communications, job order tracking and marketing.
  • Email integration and tracking
  • Customizable contact, candidate and job order fields
  • Activity tracking and status development
  • I haven't had any issues or problems. They are constantly listening to their customers and creating new updates and improvements.
  • CATS allows me to track every activity with candidates and clients. It prompts me to follow up, make a client call/visit and otherwise keeps me focused and on track.
  • The ROI is higher than any other tool I've used in the recruiting world.
  • LinkedIn is a valuable tool today and CATS has found a way to take full advantage of the application.
I've tried most of the ATS out there. The cost, ease of use and functionality surpasses everything I've seen.
It's set up exactly as I need it and I see no reason to make a change when it makes my life easier.
I've only used the CATS product in a small recruiting firm environment and it works perfectly. I used to manage a National Search firm and I see the product as very adaptable on a large scale as well.
