Overall Satisfaction with Celonis

We identified the processes with the biggest opportunities from eliminating waste, having [a] direct link to our working capital and spend reduction, mostly related to daily operations. We focused on timely payments, 3-Way-Match together with change analysis till the moment of invoice payment, debit balances, and addressing late deliveries. We are now starting to realize the benefits set at the beginning of our journey.

Celonis offers process mining and more extensive report building. By enabling the teams and the users, we are able to create the analysis ourselves without engaging architects experienced already, as we do with Power BI. It also gives us great visibility over the processes' flows enabling us easily identify and quickly the gaps or waste.
I have found the whole Celonis team exceptionally helpful in making sure we are getting value from the platform. The customer service, training, and integration help [have] all been fantastic. Our implementation timeline was very aggressive, and Celonis helped at every step to make sure we were [set up] for success. I really appreciate the help we've gotten in showing the value potential/size of opportunity which is sitting within our current processes. I couldn't imagine going through all the [processes] without the CVA support, sharing rich customer experience, being always available, driving fruitful discussions, and motivating our teams along the entire journey.

For the use case where we look at items posted with different exceptions already addressed during [the] invoice process, we can't use Celonis for anything other than analysis of those exceptions and trying to identify the root causes of the exceptions - no automation nor preventive or reactive actions are possible without duplicating the work as we are working on the same items. Well, suited is on identifying credit notes creating [a] debit balance that need to [address] for refunds.
