Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
We mainly use Celonis in customer service but are currently working on Celonis in other areas too, such as logistics or finance. A cockpit is used in customer service to get an overview of all orders, but also, for example, to write reasons for delays from Celonis into the SAP system. We are currently in the process of automatically sending the order confirmations from the Cockpit into the SAP system.
