Understand, Optimize and Automate Processes together with Celonis

We use Celonis for our OTC process. This has grown historically and is therefore not entirely comprehensible/transparent in many process steps. With Celonis, we are looking for high manual effort to automate this in order to manage growth with a similar staff structure. Often manual activities are performed, which later lead to disruptions in the process, because data was missing or wrong. Currently we are able to transparently show manual changes / rework and question the meaningfulness. The current main goal is to get transparency in the departments and to question certain activities. Something that would take up an enormous amount of time through workshops etc.

Currently not much, because we are still at the beginning, but the way of working concerning optimizations has changed. Employees can enter their process via Celonis and independently search for optimizations. These findings no longer have to be loaded and stored in Excel lists but are shared with the teams via a link. We can search globally for process optimization opportunities on a common platform.
