Overall Satisfaction with Centercode
The Bose Customer Validation team is using Centercode to run Alpha (internal) and Beta (external) tests for products and features throughout the whole company. We aim to test and validate any new product or feature before it hits the shelves (or your headphones/speakers/etc.).
- All encompassing space to communicate with testers and gather feedback
- Quick support
- A community space for testers
- Tool itself is very cumbersome and repetitive
- Formatting is difficult
- Tool improvements take a while to roll out
- Data to roll out new features post-launch
- Catch severe bugs before launch
While SurveyMonkey may have more survey options, it was not a good alternative as it can only provide surveys
