Overall Satisfaction with Centrify Application Services
Centrify is being used across the whole organization, we started implementing it to work with a IT service desk we are rolling out to users. It allows us to roll out the ticketing system without having yet another password. We also will be rolling it out to other departments that utilize a high number of SAAS/websites.

- Provisioning users into connected apps

- Online directory for internet down/server down scenarios
- Provisioning requires basic programming/scripting knowledge if you want to include additional user details
- Compliance goals
- SSO to web apps to be expanded on as the relationship continues
- Flexible pricing so we can role it out to the users that need it but not for the ones that don't.
We reviewed Okta and OneLogin while looking at Centrify for our ticketing solution SSO partner. When doing so we looked at it from the aspect of if we wanted to roll this out where we could see the use cases for it and initially it would be in a couple departments then branch out and Centrify the only one of the 3 we looked at that supported that pricing structure.
