Overall Satisfaction with Centrify Identity Service

We use the Identity portion across the entire organization for SSO and user provisioning across multiple applications and multiple platforms.
  • Admin portal is very easy and straightforward to use.
  • Centrify team is well-versed and very helpful in application integration.
  • Although the administrative portal is easy to use, there are times when you can get lost in all of the advanced options.
  • By far, ease of usage for the end users.
  • Easier user provisioning across multiple systems.
Suited well for companies/departments with many diverse applications where account creation is a hassle.

Centrify Identity Service Support

The support staff thus far has been very helpful. At times I feel they are driving the process forward without my intervention or constant reminder, which is nice to have in a company for a change. Most support seems to be a hassle but so far Centrify appears to treat your project as their own project.

Yes - We use many various cloud services that could change as they update their services. With these scenarios in mind, having premium support gives us the peace of mind to have help when we need it. Additionally, we seem to always be adding new cloud services that we add to the list of accounts in user provisioning process.
We were working on integrating user provisioning with Salesforce and Centrify and the support staff was exceptional. Once we connected Centrify with our developers they were able to customize the connections to fit our environment and hierarchy. They were well versed
with Salesforce in particular which helped in a smooth configuration and implementation on both systems.
