Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Every employee in our organization uses Dayforce. It helps us solve wage and hour laws as well as compliance issues. We’ve also eliminated several manual processes such as tracking time off requests on paper and being able to view real-time time off balances.
- Dayforce really pays attention to their customers' feedback through the support portal. Top voted issues are a priority for Dayforce to provide fixes or solutions to the problem.
- Dayforce provides countless numbers of resources to their clients from implementation, post implementation and upgrades.
- Better delivered reporting. It’s hard to export reports in Excel where the format is a copy-paste version of PDF. You’re not able to easily manipulate the file to filter for the information you need.
- Reduction in paper timesheets
- Reduction in paper time off requests
- Time savings in approving payroll
We only use WFM but would be interested in seeing how the other modules would help our organization process payroll more effectively and efficiently.
