Currently, we utilize the following modules within our organization:

We have users at all levels of the organization (employees, managers, directors, executives) utilizing the system in various capacities on a daily basis. We are driving an interactive employee experience through the use of Dayforce and the technology it offers.
- Payroll - They were first a payroll company, so it is nice to have a company that built the remaining HCM modules around the payroll. Rare find.
- Relevancy - Remaining relevant by offering technology and features that are modern demands.
- Partnerships - Great at cultivating positive partnerships with their clients.
- Support and Development - Need to make sure glaring issues with current modules are resolved prior to developing and rolling out new features and modules.
- Payroll Tax - Need to identify and resolve issues in a more timely manner, especially as it relates to the payroll tax demands.
- Increased productivity through the use of technology, and the minimization of manual and or paper processes
- Better Visibility from employee to executive level. People are notified when they need to be and are given the data relevant to getting someone on-boarded or off-boarded
- Definitely with overtime, especially as it pertains to our traveling staff.
- Tracking of worker's comp and other compliance reporting.
- ACA is very simple and easy to complete.
- The use of exports and imports have been a great feature for us and the dynamic workforce that we have to report on each year.
It allows for real-time, real data visibility where we can see the workforce and needs that have not been met as it pertains to staffing. There is no delay in information updating from one data source to another, which allows for fast and streamlined information. It also ensures better data integrity and accuracy.
We only integrate into our accounting and into our benefits modules. We do to have third-party modules.
