Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Primary it is used to pay employees and remit the correct amount of statutory deductions to the appropriate government departments. The reports are used to record the appropriate salary expense in our financial statements. Other reports are used in our human resource planning.

  • Easy to create custom reports
  • Analytics are useful
  • Employee self serve
  • All reports should have an option to download into Excel or csv
  • If a stop payment is done, then automatic adjustment to the employees pay
  • Ability to change the benefit calculation ourselves
  • Payroll input more efficient - fast and less errors
  • Ability to customize date ranges for reports means we can coincide with fiscal year
  • Employee self serve- saves time and less reliance on paper
  • Information is available online for many years
