Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for our one-stop HRIS platform. The system is used by both admin users, management, and front line employees. We use multiple modules, as well as their support site and their education center. The system supports a streamlined process, and is helping to eliminate many manual HRIS entries.

  • Payroll.
  • Recruitment.
  • Mobile access.
  • We've seen a reduction in payroll errors.
  • Greater ease of payroll processing.
The system has spent time in building reports to meet federal requirements, such as EEO, Vets, and OSHA.
We are still working through all the modules, and hope that we are able to spend less time locating accurate information.
This is too robust of a system for smaller organizations. Larger organizations with a dedicated HRIS employee would be necessary to utilize all of the system updates.
