Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for human resources, payroll, and recruiting. It is primarily used by the HR department but is used across the whole organization for Employee Self Service. It has streamlined our processes which were previously on paper. It has enabled our teammates to access and own their personal information.

  • Reporting.
  • Implementation.
  • Very flexible but sometimes too customizable.
  • Reduced reliance and the need for paper forms and reports.
  • Increased productivity and efficiency with payroll processing.
  • Increased reliance on teammates for their own information.
Automates overtime calculations, meal penalties, tax withholding, benefit eligibility.
Great to have all the information on a teammate in one place.
Great to have all features in a single application, and eliminate the need for various interfaces.
It is great for employee self-service and timesheets. It is highly customizable.
