Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is used to supplement our Human Resources function to help organize staff data, organizational flowcharts, and enable workforce vacation planning. Dayforce has proven to be a great system, highly intuitive for workers to use and understand, and the application's graphical user interface is very easy to read and comprehend. This system has solved several persistent HR functional issues in a targeted manner.

Pros

Cons

  • Various tabs are not always easy to find.
  • Logging vacation days and using the calendar function is not a clear process.

The Ceridian Dayforce system clearly sets out company policies regarding overtime work and healthcare program and eligible costs.
Dayforce has had a real positive impact on staff vacation scheduling and adding clarity to organizational structure and reporting lines.
The unified approach of Ceridian Dayforce has been a huge benefit for our staff, as they only need to interact with a single application and remember a single sign-on and password, to resolve the majority of their HR-related queries and service requests. This helps promote the ongoing privacy of staff data in the long run.
The Ceridian Dayforce system solved several issues for our organization, particularly as a storehouse of employee personal contact information, numbers, addresses, compensation data, position within the organizational structure and reporting duties.
