Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We have just implemented the system across our three plant locations. Right now it is mainly time and attendance, but in the next couple of months we plan on expanding to use the benefits, recruiting, and self-service modules.

- Lots of potential for analytics
- Always coming up with new and better uses to make HR better
- Implementation was really rough with the team we had
- It is a little pricey
- Support hours aren't necessarily 24/7
- Less time manually inputting payroll changes
- Better visibility for management on time records
- Everything in one place and not across multiple platforms
Ceridian is able to handle our multiple requirements for our different union and other entitlement policies. It also helps keep us updated on various local and state taxes that employees are subject to.
We are just finishing the implementation phase and have not yet had the ability to measure. We are excited to see the efficiencies, though!
Having everything in one place and all of the data "talking" to each other has allowed for a lot less time locating information. It also ensure that data is correct across multiple areas - payroll, job info, and benefits. We don't have to spend extra time making sure data is correctly duplicated in different systems or areas within the same system.
