Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use it as our HR system of record and include Payroll, Benefits, WFM, etc. company-wide, except, currently, for foreign locations.
- Well integrated across modules.
- Flexible reporting.
- Client engagement.
- Having access to more data to report on our own.
- Lackluster training sessions.
- More point-in-time reporting capabilities.
- Dayforce forms reduce manual entry/auditing.
- Mass imports are important with our volumes.
- Reporting provides more insight on labor costs, etc.
I am only familiar with compliance reporting for EEO-1 and VETS-4212 - but those tools work great!
Reporting is much smoother
