Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for HR Benefits WFM and payroll. It is used by all employees in more than 80 locations across the u.S. And Canada.

Dayforce is customizable to accommodate multiple pay rules which will make meeting compliance easier.
Our managers now have more control over their business. Dayforce has eliminated the need to access 3 different platform to perform scheduling time keeping and employee activities. Workflows make information gathering mode seamless and instant. We have also decreased usage of paper employee files.
Having all payroll and benefits in one system has eliminated errors and made employee usage more efficient.
Dayforce is suitable for employers with time keeping needs. WFM is easy to use for all managers and makes payroll processing less cumbersome. It eliminates time waste by reducing calculation errors. It is also easy to set up for various state regulations. It offers usage of web clock and time clock devices.
