Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We are using Ceridian Dayforce for HR/Payroll purposes only at this moment.
  • WFM is very convenient
  • Running payroll is quick
  • Accurate entitlement policy, such as vacation balances
  • Report design should be more friendly to use
  • Ceridian Dayforce has allowed for shorter payroll processing time.
We have been using Dayforce since January and our experience with the program is getting better, with fewer problems day by day.
All the issues we have encountered are mostly fixed by support from the customer care team. BUT it would be nicer if the implementation team did a better job from the beginning. We still need to update other policies, etc.
The program is good but not very convenient for users. Payroll using WFM is good.
Whenever I terminate an employee from previous payroll and generate ROE, it is a bit challenging with vacation payout. Dayforce does not auto payout. I had to calculate and put "vacation payout" manually in quick entry.

Also, the implementation team should have more knowledge of both payroll and HR to map the program and the importance of all the data coming from other programs to Dayforce.
