Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is currently being used in our 40 corporate owned retail stores across 4 brands. We currently use both the scheduling, analytics and time and attendance modules. We implemented Dayforce to optimize scheduling and payroll costs for our 40 stores. Our goal is to reduce payroll by 5-7% across the department by the end of 2020.

As each of our provincial regulations is incorporated into Dayforce, we can easily meet provincial legislation when creating schedules with regards to meals and breaks. Warnings are automatically created when a schedule is not within policy so corrections can be made in real-time. It allows us to monitor overtime and thus track our payroll budgets more closely.

The actual platform of Dayforce is great however the support and Professional Services team is the real painpoint. The case management process is very time consuming and leads to a great deal of back and forth with client which does not lead to a strong sense of trust as they do not seem to know their product well.
