Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We used Dayforce across the whole organization. Is allowed us to house the data for our Canada and US entities. It significantly reduced the amount of administrative work our company was doing on a day to day basis. Our management team loved having access to their employee information (vacation, contact information).

  • User-friendly.
  • Not highly customizable.
  • Implementation is a heavy process.
  • Increased productivity and efficiency.
Ceridian is always up to date on legislation.
The executive team is able to pull reports ad hoc. This has reduced the time spent waiting for the information and ensures accuracy in the data obtained.
Ceridian offers a more seamless workflow.
Dayforce is well suited in any environment where there is a lot of manual administrative work being done. The solution provides employees and their managers a lot of information at their fingertips. It simplified vacation tracking and ensures compliance. IT may be less well suited in a large organization that needs more customized fields.
