Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce company wide for all things workforce management, payroll and HR.
Dayforce provides a one stop solution for everything allowing information to be used across all departments.
  • Timesheet management.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Reporting (custom and standard).
  • Customer support.
  • Expanding setup for more options.
  • Allowing for certain benefit options (withholding in advance).
  • Increased productivity.
  • Elimination of duplication of efforts.
  • One system for HR and Payroll departments.
The main area in assisting in compliance is related to taxes.
This has made a huge impact and allowed us to make better decisions in a timely manner.
The impact is huge and very hard to put into words. It has eliminated extra work, allowed for timely operations and fewer errors.
Ceridian Dayforce tries to think of every option and allows for customization in each customer's setup (in all areas - benefits, payroll, WFM, etc.).
With that said, there are also areas where customization could be expanded to include some more options.
Overall, Ceridian Dayforce meets all of our needs and we are able to find a workout when needed.
