Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We use Ceridian Dayforce for payroll, HR, benefits, WFM, and document storage. It helped automate the vacation pay process that was previously managed via Excel. Onboarding and benefit elections are streamlined and can be sent to the employee in advance of the start date to minimize the wait times for benefit enrollment.

Ceridian Dayforce assists us with the maintenance of compliance regulations. It was not able to configure all the rules for our union agreements and some aspects were managed outside of Ceridian Dayforce.
It saves time and reduces the duplication of entries. We went from multiple systems for HR, payroll, and finance--none of which spoke to each other--to Ceridian Dayforce being the system that interfaces with our other platforms. The data is entered only once into Ceridian Dayforce.
Great for North America but not great for global countries outside of the UK and Australia. Partnering with other companies is not always the best solution. Our experience has been to make our company the guinea pigs for testing a new global partnership. It would have been nice to know this during the sales process instead of finding out during implementation.

Allow some freedom to clients. Don't lump them all into the same bucket because one size does not fit all.

It is hit and miss. Sometimes we get excellent service from people who know their stuff and sometimes we get a call center type person who is just concerned about meeting their matrix requirements.
