Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
We currently utilize Ceridian Dayforce for: payroll, recruitment, employee workforce management, performance management, time and attendance and document control. We use Dayforce to support our operations with managing employment relationships, their pay, time entry and self serve items for employee files. We also use Dayforce messaging to reach employees with company wide communication.

Not something we have explored at this time other than payroll aspects.
It has made decision making much more efficient holding enough data in one location to come to a informed decision
Having them all together gives a 'one stop shop' approach to information for super users; the benefits has been a huge struggle resulting in significant errors and reconciliations.
