Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce throughout the organization from time clocks to payment. I personally handle the payment to the executives.

  • payroll tax set up
  • Employee Self Service is a great time saver
  • Payroll tax reporting and remittance has been a huge improvement over our prior system
we have had to customize vacation accurals and a couple of other unique union features not the smoothest transition but working now
we have not utilized this component to its fullest level yet

The ability to report in a production environment was a great improvement over our previous system. Also, the dayforce wallet is something not offered by others.

Customization of vacation time was an issue for us but it is now working ok.
