Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

I use Dayforce daily to process payroll, follow workflows, update HR info, timesheets, time away, etc.
  • Payroll section provides up to the minute earnings
  • Ease of use for workflow forms-increases, terms, loa, etc
  • Customer support
  • Modifying reports sometimes requires assistance
  • doesnt recognize a primary manager at this time, which is needed.
  • Allowed us to go paperless-upload documentation to an employee
  • Saves on overpayments with ease of register reviewing
Ceridian tax manages rate changes and tax and takes that out of our hands. Pay policies are created to calculate FLSA and OT laws.
Pay is in real time as are timesheets. You can drill down by person, by day, by daily pay by code.
File feeds are created to go to outside benefits vendors.

Support is quick to resolve issues and make system updates. The payroll section is user friendly and far beyond other systems i have used. Continues to improve with what the times demand.
