Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

I use it every day. My job is primarily based in day force. I do payroll and Human Resource things in the system. The problem with the business is the customer service. Sometimes it takes weeks for the company to respond with answers. This is a huge issue when we are trying to resolve things quickly.

It has tax rules imbedded and updated in the system automatically which ensures that we stay compliant..
We are able to easily run reports with data and use it for these purposes
It is not superior to other systems

I like the payroll quick entry aspect where you can list check adjustments quickly and efficiently. This is super helpful when processing large payrolls. I do not like how there are issues and it takes them long to respond. A customer service chat where instant answers are possible would be helpful and useful.
